On 14th of January we’re going to screen TRON<\/a> at our hackerspace<\/a> in Strassen.<\/p>\n

This will probably be played on a vintage\u00a0Laserdisc Player<\/a>, with the video “quality” of those times. So everyone who has never witnessed\u00a0Laserdisc<\/a>, this is the opportunity to see it in action. And to see an\u00a0awesome<\/strong> movie, considering the year it was released.<\/p>\n

Ok, we will probably end up viewing the whole film on DVD, as the Laserdisc version needs swapping discs in mid-movie.<\/p>\n

For those who care about Laserdisc, Gunstick<\/a> is giving a talk about Laserdisc next Saturday.. the time will be announced (and the blog post will be updated)<\/p>\n
